Tour Plan

Your exciting Kenya Adventure Safari begins with a morning pick-up from your Nairobi hotel or Jomo Kenyatta International Airport at around 7:00 am. After meeting your professional driver-guide, depart Nairobi and begin the scenic journey toward the world-renowned Masai Mara National Reserve.

The drive takes you through the dramatic landscapes of the Great Rift Valley, where you will stop at a viewpoint along the escarpment to enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the valley floor stretching across the horizon.

Continue your journey through Maasai villages and open savannah plains before arriving at the Masai Mara in time for lunch at your camp. After some relaxation, prepare for your first exciting evening game drive from approximately 4:00 pm to 6:30 pm.

The Masai Mara is one of Africa’s richest wildlife ecosystems, offering exceptional opportunities to see elephants, buffaloes, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, gazelles, and many other species. Predators such as lions, cheetahs, and the elusive leopard are also commonly seen.

During the migration season between July and August, millions of wildebeest and zebras cross the Mara River in search of greener pastures, creating one of the world’s most dramatic wildlife spectacles.

Dinner and overnight stay at the camp.

Accommodation: Enkorok Mara Camp

Today your Kenya Adventure Safari is dedicated to exploring the remarkable wildlife and landscapes of the Masai Mara. Begin the day with an early morning game drive when animals are most active and the cool morning light provides perfect photography opportunities.

After the morning safari, return to the camp for breakfast and relaxation. Later in the morning, you may choose to visit a nearby Maasai village where you can learn about the traditions, lifestyle, and culture of the Maasai people.

Alternatively, enjoy a guided nature walk around the lodge accompanied by a naturalist who will explain the diverse plants, birds, and smaller wildlife that form part of the Mara ecosystem.

After lunch and some rest, head out for another exciting afternoon game drive from around 4:00 pm to 6:30 pm. The vast savannah plains support huge populations of grazing animals such as zebras, wildebeests, and gazelles, which in turn attract predators including lions, cheetahs, and hyenas.

This incredible diversity of wildlife is what makes the Masai Mara the most popular safari destination in Kenya and a highlight of any Kenya Adventure Safari.

After breakfast, depart the Masai Mara and continue your Kenya Adventure Safari toward Lake Naivasha, located in the beautiful Great Rift Valley. The drive offers scenic views of rolling hills, rural villages, and farmland along the way.

If interested, you may stop at a Maasai village before leaving the Mara to gain deeper insight into the culture and traditions of the local community.

Arrive at Lake Naivasha in time for lunch at your lodge and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere surrounding the lake. In the afternoon, you may choose to take an optional boat safari across the lake at an additional cost.

The boat ride offers excellent opportunities to observe hippos resting in the water and a wide variety of bird species including fish eagles, cormorants, and kingfishers. You may also visit Crescent Island, where visitors can enjoy a walking safari among giraffes, zebras, antelopes, and other wildlife.

After a relaxing afternoon by the lake, return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Your final day of the Kenya Adventure Safari begins with breakfast at the resort before checking out and heading to Hell’s Gate National Park, one of Kenya’s most unique parks.

You may choose to cycle through the park alongside grazing zebras, gazelles, and giraffes or explore the spectacular Hell’s Gate Gorge with its towering rock walls and geothermal activity.

After the adventure, enjoy lunch before beginning the return journey to Nairobi. Arrive in the city around 4:00 pm where you will be dropped off at your hotel or the airport, marking the end of your memorable Kenya Adventure Safari.
