Your Tanzania Wildlife Safari begins upon arrival in Arusha or at Kilimanjaro International Airport. After meeting your safari guide, you will travel to Tarangire National Park, one of Tanzania’s hidden wildlife treasures. The park is famous for its large elephant populations, ancient baobab trees, and beautiful landscapes.

After arriving at Mbali Mbali Tarangire River Camp, enjoy lunch and relax before heading out on an afternoon game drive. During your first safari experience, look out for elephants, lions, zebras, giraffes, wildebeests, and many bird species. As the sun begins to set, return to camp for dinner and an overnight stay surrounded by the sounds of the African wilderness.

The late afternoon offers excellent opportunities for photography as golden sunlight covers the landscape.
