This eight-day luxury safari takes you through some of Kenya’s most iconic destinations, including the Masai Mara National Reserve, Lake Nakuru National Park, Lake Naivasha, and Amboseli National Park. Along the way, you will also visit Nairobi’s famous David Sheldrick Elephant Orphanage and the Giraffe Centre, making your adventure even more memorable.
Your Big Five Safari begins with two of Nairobi’s most popular conservation attractions. Meet rescued orphaned elephants at the David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust before getting up close with the endangered Rothschild’s giraffes at the Giraffe Centre.
The adventure continues to the legendary Masai Mara National Reserve, Kenya’s premier wildlife destination and one of Africa’s best places to see the Big Five. Enjoy exciting game drives across endless grasslands while searching for lions, leopards, elephants, buffaloes, rhinos, cheetahs, giraffes, zebras, and many other animals. If travelling between July and November, you may also witness the spectacular Great Wildebeest Migration.
Your journey then takes you to Lake Nakuru National Park, famous for its rhinos, flamingos, Rothschild’s giraffes, and rich birdlife. Relax at beautiful Lake Naivasha, where an optional boat safari and Crescent Island walking safari offer a unique wildlife experience. Finally, explore Amboseli National Park, home to large elephant herds and magnificent views of Mount Kilimanjaro.

Your Big Five Safari begins with a warm welcome at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport or your Nairobi hotel. Visit the David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust to learn about rescued baby elephants before heading to the Giraffe Centre, where you can feed and interact with endangered Rothschild's giraffes. Later, transfer to your hotel for dinner and overnight.

After breakfast, travel through the Great Rift Valley to the famous Masai Mara National Reserve. Arrive at your luxury camp in time for lunch before enjoying your first afternoon game drive. Search for lions, elephants, buffaloes, giraffes, zebras, and many other animals before returning for dinner.

Spend the day exploring the Masai Mara on exciting game drives with a packed picnic lunch. Search for the Big Five, cheetahs, hyenas, hippos, crocodiles, and countless plains animals. During the migration season, witness thousands of wildebeests crossing the Mara River. An optional Maasai village visit is available.
