Your incredible Kenya Luxury Safari begins with an early morning pick-up from Nairobi followed by a scenic drive through the Great Rift Valley toward Lake Nakuru National Park.
Lake Nakuru is one of Kenya’s most famous lakes and is widely known for its spectacular flamingo populations that sometimes number in the millions, forming a stunning pink shoreline around the lake. The park is also a protected rhino sanctuary and supports large populations of both black and white rhinos.
Arrive at the lodge in time for lunch before heading out for an afternoon game drive around the park. Wildlife commonly seen here includes giraffes, buffaloes, zebras, baboons, waterbucks, and occasionally leopards resting in acacia trees.
Dinner and overnight stay at the lodge.
Accommodation: Lake Nakuru Lodge
After breakfast, depart Lake Nakuru and continue your Kenya Luxury Safari journey toward the world-famous Masai Mara National Reserve.
The Masai Mara forms the northern extension of the Serengeti ecosystem and hosts one of the highest concentrations of wildlife in Africa. During the migration season, thousands of wildebeests and zebras cross the plains accompanied by predators such as lions and hyenas.
Arrive in time for lunch at your luxury tented camp before heading out for an afternoon game drive across the vast savannah plains.
Accommodation: Zebra Plains Mara Camp
These two days are dedicated to exploring the incredible wildlife of the Masai Mara during your Kenya Luxury Safari. After breakfast each morning, depart for full-day game drives with packed picnic lunches.
The reserve is famous for its black-maned lions and large populations of elephants, buffaloes, giraffes, and antelopes. The Mara’s open plains provide excellent opportunities to see cheetahs hunting and leopards resting in trees.
For bird enthusiasts, the Masai Mara is home to nearly 500 bird species including eagles, vultures, storks, and colorful sunbirds.
After each exciting day of wildlife viewing, return to the camp for dinner and overnight stay.
