The highlight awaits in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest, where you will come face-to-face with endangered mountain gorillas in one of Africa’s most extraordinary wildlife experiences.

Continue into Kenya, a country renowned for its spectacular landscapes, diverse wildlife, and unforgettable safari experiences. The Kenyan portion of your journey begins at the beautiful Lake Naivasha, one of the Great Rift Valley’s freshwater lakes. Enjoy a scenic boat safari where you can observe hippos resting in the water and a variety of bird species along the shoreline. You will then explore Hell’s Gate National Park, one of the few parks in Africa where visitors can cycle or walk among wildlife while admiring dramatic cliffs, deep gorges, and fascinating geothermal features.

The adventure continues to Lake Nakuru National Park, famous for its successful rhino conservation program and excellent game viewing opportunities. Keep an eye out for both black and white rhinos, as well as lions, buffaloes, giraffes, zebras, and numerous bird species that thrive around the lake and surrounding woodlands.

Your safari concludes in the world-famous Maasai Mara National Reserve, one of Africa’s premier wildlife destinations. Upon arrival in Entebbe, meet your safari guide and begin your journey north towards Murchison Falls National Park. En route, stop at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for a guided rhino tracking experience. Continue to Murchison Falls and visit the spectacular Top of the Falls, where the Nile River squeezes through a narrow gorge before plunging into the river below.
Arrive at your lodge in the evening and relax after your first day of adventure.

Spend the day exploring Uganda’s largest national park. Begin with an early morning game drive in search of elephants, giraffes, lions, buffaloes, antelopes, and other wildlife species that inhabit the savannah.

In the afternoon, enjoy a boat cruise along the Victoria Nile towards the base of Murchison Falls. Along the riverbanks, watch for hippos, crocodiles, elephants, and a variety of bird species.

A late afternoon game drive offers additional opportunities for wildlife viewing before returning to the lodge.

After breakfast, depart Murchison Falls and travel through Uganda’s scenic countryside towards Kibale Forest National Park. The route passes rolling hills, tea plantations, rural villages, and beautiful landscapes.

Begin the day with chimpanzee trekking in Kibale Forest, one of Africa’s best destinations for primates. Accompanied by experienced guides, venture into the forest in search of habituated chimpanzees.

After spending time observing these fascinating primates, continue to Queen Elizabeth National Park. Later, enjoy a boat safari along the Kazinga Channel, famous for its large populations of hippos, crocodiles, elephants, and numerous bird species.

After breakfast, travel through the Ishasha Sector of Queen Elizabeth National Park, renowned for its unique tree-climbing lions. Keep watch for these rare predators resting in fig trees.

Today is the highlight of the safari. Following a briefing by park rangers, set off into Bwindi Forest in search of a mountain gorilla family.

Once located, spend one unforgettable hour observing these magnificent primates in their natural habitat. Watch their interactions, feeding habits, and social behavior before returning from the trek.

Later, transfer to the beautiful Lake Bunyonyi and enjoy a relaxing evening overlooking its scenic islands.

After breakfast, depart Lake Bunyonyi and travel back towards Entebbe, making a stop at the Equator crossing along the way.

Later, connect with your flight to Nairobi, Kenya. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel and relax ahead of the Kenyan section of your safari.

Depart Nairobi and travel to Lake Naivasha in the Great Rift Valley. Upon arrival, enjoy a boat ride on the lake, where you may encounter hippos, fish eagles, cormorants, and a variety of other bird species.
