You may see elephants, lions, buffaloes, zebras, giraffes, wildebeest, gazelles, and many bird species.
From Amboseli, the Kenya Safari Package continues to Tsavo West National Park. This park is known for its dramatic volcanic scenery, rocky hills, lava flows, and natural water sources. Mzima Springs is one of its best-known attractions, where clear underground water creates pools surrounded by green vegetation. The final part of the safari takes you to Tsavo East National Park, one of Kenya’s largest protected areas. Your Kenya Safari Package begins with a morning pick-up from your Nairobi hotel or Jomo Kenyatta International Airport. After a short briefing with your guide, begin the scenic drive towards Amboseli National Park.
The journey takes you through changing landscapes, local communities, and rural areas before reaching Amboseli. The park is located at the foot of Mount Kilimanjaro and is famous for its large elephant population and beautiful mountain views.
Arrive in time for check-in and lunch at Amboseli Serena Safari Lodge. After lunch and some time to relax, head out for an afternoon game drive.
Explore the park's open plains and wetlands while searching for elephants, lions, buffaloes, zebras, wildebeest, impalas, gazelles, and other wildlife. The afternoon light can create beautiful views of the animals and Mount Kilimanjaro.
As evening approaches, enjoy a final game-viewing drive before returning to the lodge for dinner and overnight accommodation.
After breakfast, check out and leave Amboseli for Tsavo West National Park. Enjoy a game drive as you travel out of Amboseli, giving you another opportunity to see wildlife before continuing towards Tsavo.
Tsavo West is known for its rugged volcanic scenery and rich wildlife. The park has rocky hills, lava formations, open plains, and green areas around natural springs. It is also home to Mzima Springs, one of the park's most famous attractions.
Arrive at Kilaguni Serena Safari Lodge for check-in and lunch. After lunch, relax at the lodge and enjoy the surrounding scenery. Depending on your schedule and available time, you can also choose an optional evening activity.
Dinner and overnight stay will be at the lodge.
Enjoy breakfast before checking out of Tsavo West. Depart with a picnic lunch and continue your Kenya Safari Package towards Tsavo East National Park.
The journey takes you through changing landscapes as you move from the rocky scenery of Tsavo West into the vast open plains of Tsavo East. Enjoy game viewing along the way whenever wildlife is spotted.
One of the highlights of the journey is Mudanda Rock, a long rocky formation that offers impressive views over the surrounding area. Wildlife often gathers near the water below the rock, making it a good location for game viewing.
Continue towards Ashnil Aruba Lodge, arriving later in the afternoon or evening. Check in, relax, and enjoy dinner at the lodge before spending the night surrounded by the natural sounds of Tsavo East.
Wake up for breakfast before checking out and beginning your journey back to Nairobi. If time allows, enjoy a short morning game-viewing drive as you leave Tsavo East.
The journey back takes you through open savannahs, rolling landscapes, rural towns, and local communities. You may have opportunities to see wildlife as you travel towards the park exit.
Stop for lunch along the way before continuing to Nairobi. Arrive in the afternoon and transfer to your Nairobi hotel or Jomo Kenyatta International Airport.
