Overview
This 7-day photographic safari takes you deep into Tanzania’s world-famous Serengeti National Park, home to the Great Migration and Africa’s Big Five. You’ll fly into the park for maximum game viewing time and spend multiple days in Central and Northern Serengeti—guided by a professional photography-savvy safari guide. Travel in a specially outfitted vehicle designed for photography and enjoy plenty of time in the field, chasing golden light and incredible wildlife moments.

You’ll arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport where you’ll be met and transferred to your hotel in Arusha. Here, you can rest and prepare for your adventure. Overnight stay at Forest Hills Hotel.
After breakfast, you’ll take a short flight from Arusha to the Seronera Airstrip in the heart of Serengeti. Upon landing, your professional photographic guide will greet you and your game drive begins immediately. Enjoy your first shots of Serengeti’s wildlife before heading to camp in the evening. Overnight at Serengeti Tortilis Camp.
Begin your day early with a packed breakfast as you set off to explore Central Serengeti. This region is rich with predators and large herds, perfect for capturing dramatic photos. You can choose between a full day out with picnic lunch or return to camp midday for hot lunch and a rest. Continue your game drive in the evening light. Overnight at Serengeti Tortilis Camp.
Today you’ll drive north through the Serengeti, making your way toward the Mara River region. This area is well-known for seasonal wildebeest crossings (usually from July to October). You’ll spend the day photographing wildlife along the way, arriving at your next lodge in the evening. Overnight at Mara Mara Tented Lodge.
These two days are dedicated to exploring the Northern Serengeti. Your guide will help you position your vehicle for the best photography angles during river crossings, predator sightings, and landscape shots. Sunrise and sunset are ideal for capturing warm, soft light. Overnight stays at Mara Mara Tented Lodge.
After breakfast, you’ll be driven to the airstrip for your flight back to Arusha. Upon arrival, you’ll be transferred to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your outbound flight or onward travel.
